Leanne Mauro is a seasoned and in-demand actress and voice-over artist with two decades of experience in theatre, film and television both in Australia and overseas.

She is known for her role as Olga in the TV series The Mystery of Natalie Wood. The gripping series tells of the puzzling events surrounding the death of famous actress, Natalie Wood - who drowned in 1981. Leanne cites one of her favourite acting moments as working with legendary director Peter Bogdanovich on the film.

Moving to Los Angeles in 2009, she secured one of the best commercial agents KSR and played the lead role in several short films including The Age of Innocence.


Other short film roles; Karma Drama, Wanda, Blow into This Nan's Shed and Mrs Wonderley.

She is known for her roles in the TV series Home and Away and Crash Palace, a fast-paced drama set in a Sydney backpacker's hostel. She was also the voice of the newsreader in The Bet, the Australian film about a young Sydney stockbroker who risks it all to win a friendly bet about making money.

Leanne has also appeared on TV mini-series Australian Gangster, Dark Minds, I,Spry and Manhunt, the BAFTA-nominated crime drama based on true events. She played the role of Karen Brown a real-life victim in the episode of the Robert Adams Story

Her extensive catalogue of commercials working with Australian and international brands includes commercials for Foxtel, Virgin Australia, Visa, Nestle Alete, Telstra, Target, and Pura Milk, just to name a few.
