Big congratulations are in order for current intermediate student at The Pulse, Jean-Pierre Yerma (known around The Pulse as JP) and his recent accomplishments. He has just finished filming a starring role in feature film ‘No Harm Done’ from Wow City Productions, where ‘The lives of two loving parents are turned upside down on their son’s wedding day when they find out he is gay and marrying his best friend.’
JP’s accomplishments come as no surprise to us here at The Pulse as his dedication and passion towards his craft have been clearly evident in all his work here. JP himself says, ‘The Actors Pulse and my coach Billy have been the corner stone of my growth and work. The skills gained in the last 12 months have been monumental. The past 4 days on set were long and intense, ranging from 16 hours to 19 hours on set. When you’re at the 18th hour and you have nothing left in your reserves; you still need to deliver. The team rely on you, the crew, the cast, and the moment has to be done. What has pulled me through is the toolbox of tricks I’ve gained at The Pulse.’
‘To have a team sit and watch your work, telling you they are in awe… it makes you feel that the study time, the work you’ve put in, the hours; it’s all worth it.’
Congratulations JP, ‘No Harm Done’ is currently in post-production and we look forward to seeing it on our screens soon.
