Built upon the foundation of The Meisner Technique, this 3-year Full-time Acting Course aims to plant the seeds necessary for an actor to grow, develop and eventually learn to master a career in acting.

In an industry that demands so much more than just talent, skill and looks in order to work and work consistently, it is vital actors develop a complete understanding of the art and business of acting. Our program delivers a high standard of professional training in acting for the stage and screen, voice and dialect, movement and the business of acting.

An Overview

As an artist, your job is to be prepared for opportunities. That’s the bottom line. This encompasses everything an actor should learn not only through study in an acting course or school but also through experience in the industry and in life. Being prepared in this industry means consistently rehearsing and developing your skills and knowledge for the craft and for the business. It means building great habits and a strong work ethic that supports your goals and ambitions. It means networking and learning who’s who and who’s doing what and when. It means learning to embrace both failures and successes and accept them as part of your journey. It means working with passion and without passion.

This course is designed to encourage students to grow into smart, marketable and strong actors so that they are better prepared and able to take their careers into their own hands upon graduation. Students will have the opportunity to discover and develop their ‘brand’ or in other words their ‘product’ as the structure and style of the teaching at The Actors Pulse favours the needs of the students, bringing out the uniqueness of each individual.
