Aussie film 'Animal Kingdom' took away the Grand Jury prize at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival before it opened in cinemas across Australia on June 3rd, making $604,139 on it's opening weekend. A powerful psychological crime drama, it tells the story of a tense battle between a dangerous criminal family and the police.
Directed by David Michod, the film stars Guy Pearce, Ben Mendelsohn, Jackie Weaver, Joel Edgerton and Actors Pulse graduate and teacher Luke Ford.
